Hair loss from scalp

Last year i was suffering from alopecia areata and today after one year my lost hairs are back but now i am loosing hair from all over the scalp not in patches but one from here nd one from there and i m loosing some of my eyebrows hairs also . before the development of alopecia my hair was perfect . so i dont know what is the reason behind it .
