Hair loss in last 1 year

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, Since the last one year I have significant hair loss in specific patches 1. The top left corner of skull 2. The central hair division line I have changed multiple shampoos in the period including organic/herbal ones. Also tried hair oils (mustard/castor oil) but they resulted in even more hair loss at the time of shampoo. What could be the reason for the hair loss? Do I need to get any tests done? Are there amy treatments available for regrowth of hair? Thanks,
