Hair loss problem

I am a 30 year old male living in the US. I have been using Morr F5 for last 4 months as prescribed by my Indian doctor. I have seen good results. Due to unavailability of the solution, can I switch to Mintop pro. Will it have any adverse effect and will I loose my hair which has grown after the use of the Morr F5.
