Rough hairs,dmaged hairs ... can u help me by giving some advice for rough hairs and how to get rid from split hairs

The problem of the hair that you're describing seems structural in nature and the cause for that can be nutritional or it can also be because of environmental damage. The hair would have to be examined to us is the cause of the damage and approach the treatment accordingly. You can use triflo conditioner or Hair4U conditioner or Renocia Conditioner after you shampoo your hair. Apply conditioner on the hair leave it on for 3-4 minutes and then wash it off. I hope this is helpful.
