Hair turning white

I have grey/white hair from last 1.5 years what should I do to stop my black hair turning white ? I daily eat almonds, walnuts & raisins. I exercise almost 4 days a week. I apply VLCC heena every month for the conditioning. Every sunday I wash my hair with shampoo. I apply oil as well sometimes.
