1. Hair spas don't really work is my experience. Your hair is the biggest indicator of your overall health. If you have hair fall then somewhere you need to focus on improving lifestyle (sleep , food and exercise). It is a holistic approach. So how could only a hair spa work? And if hair spas worked, why isn't everyone who has done it have great healthy hair? An allopathic dermatologist is the right person to address your hair fall issues is my sincere suggestion . There are 3 types of skin: oily, dry and mixed. All have their basic skin care needs. The white material is sebum (oil by sebaceous glands). This is a natural phenomenon. But the information that you have is given is insufficient to say if you have a pathological problem. So, again visiting an allopathic dermatologist will help you understand how-to take care of your skin. Do not self medicate yourself. There are no quick fixes in skin care or hair care.
