Hairfall itchiness, soft scalp like baby
Hi I am 34 yr old guy. I have some problem on my scalp because of which I have lost 75% of my hair. It is itchy and hair falls. Have seen doctors. They say that I have syboric dermatitis and suggested few ointment, shampoo, medicine etc. I am facing this problem for last 10 yes. But I really feel that I have not yet received the right treatment.

Hair loss is a progressive problem and if not tackled in time tends to keep worsening over time. There are various causes of hair fall. Read my health feed for a better detailed understanding. https://fit.practo.com/#!/content/28405 After reading this I hope you will be convinced that a proper thorough examination of your scalp from a qualified dermatologist will be advisable for a fruitful outcome. Also as you say your baldness has progressed significantly(75%) , medical management will not suffice and you might also be in need of hair transplant, apart from other supplemental procedures like microneddling and PRP, to achieve good results. Your Seborrhic Dermatitis(SD) also needs to be controlled. I understand your frustration but sometimes the treatment has to be continued for a long time depending on the magnitude of severity... and if it recurs treatment has to be continued. You can drop by my clinic or meet any other Dermatologist/Trichologist as per convenience and get further evaluation done. OR you can consult with me online and i can advice which medications are to be taken. Hope this was helpful.
