Hi
You are having male pattern alopecia. The first line of treatment is medical management. This means tablets, serums, vitamins etc.
These treatments forms the back bone of any treatment as they prevent further thinning of the hair.
If you have done medical treatment at - least for three months then your dermatologist will assess your scalp for prp. only after examination the dermatologist can suggest prp is needed.
