Depends on the remaining tooth structure. If the tooth can be restored then root canal treatment and crowns is the best option. But if there is root decay or fur cation involvement then extraction may be required. Get an X-ray done and consult a dentist

Hi,
If the roots and a little portion of the crown is intact it may be possible to save the tooth without extraction. The dentist will need to do a root canal treatment (RCT) followed by insertion of a post in the canal (post and core) followed by a cap on the tooth.

However if damage to crown is extensive then extraction followed by replacement of the tooth with a implant/bridge/removable denture are the available options
