Half tooth fallen off
My last tooth is decayed and half of it is already fallen off.. The other half is shaking and extremely painful.. I had underwent root canal for the same tooth.. Wherein only filling was done but cap was not put.. The filling was done almost two years ago.. What should I do further.. Can tooth be saved or will have to completely remove it

If it’s the last tooth ( wisdom teeth)get it extracted and no replacement is needed. If it’s the second molar, then Extraction of the fractured tooth,Replacement by implant / bridge .

Hello. You need to visit the dentist and get IOPA (x-ray ) of the tooth which will show whether tooth can be saved by Re-root canal and past n core with cap or it requires extraction.
