Halitosis and gum bleed
I have halitosis not perceived by me told by others. Also have gum bleed. Brush teeth twice a day daily.

Firstly you need to get your teeth cleaned by a professional and then you need to maintain the hygiene of your oral cavity by doing warm saline rinses , using a gum paint.. using a correct method of brushing which your dentist might teach you!!!

Mouthwash : hexidine, once a day for 10 days. Followed by once I. Every 2 days. 10drops directly in mouth. Hold for 3 minutes and spit out.  After 15 mins brush off your teeth thoroughly. Stolin R toothpaste paste,  massage paste on gum for 2 mins and brush off teeth

If you are having halitosis or bad breath, you need to take proper care of your teeth. Sometimes we dont recognize that we are having bad breath but others can recognize us. There are many reasons for halitosis Like medical disorders like diabetes, asthma, patients having habits like smoking and alcoholism and other ear, nose and throat and gastrointestinal disorders. Generally coating which is caused by food and microbacteria is responsible for halitosis or bad breath.
Next Steps
Brush your teeth twice in a day with toothpaste and toothbrush. Clean your tongue twice in a day with a tongue cleaner. You can get this tongue cleaner from nearby market. Use any mouthwash for fresh breath twice in a day. Generally use mouthwash containing chlorhexidine 0.12% or 0.2% for gargling, take 10 ml of mouthwash every time for gargling and garlge for 20 to 30 seconds as you are having bleeding gums, get your teeth scaling done by dentist. For bleeding gums still , you can use Rexidine m forte gel for massaging your gums 4 to 6 times in a day. Dont consume food or water for 30 minutes before and after using this gel. U can use warm water saline gargles ( lukewarm water with salt) for 4 to 6 times in a day.

Need scaling of your teeth and gums use chlorhexidine mouth wash 0.2 % not more than 7 days . Brush twice a day with ultra soft bristles. Use modified bass method for brushing refer YouTube.
