You need to undergo LASER ASSISTED TONSILLAR ABLATION. This procedure vaporizes about 3-4mm off the surface of the tonsils. This destroys all the multidrugresistant anaerobic bacteria that colonise the surface of the tonsils. You will recover within 3-5 days and be permanently freed of your halitosis. However, you need to first get a scan of your paranasal sinuses to rule out any reservoir of germs hiding there. This needs to be treated first before opting for the LASER surgery.
