Every time I feel I will die or I will kill someone IAM alcoholic I think my BP will increase or decrease every day I can't sleep IAM love failur candidate I have completed my bachelor degree IAM pursing MSc I have no friends there's are some friends they always talk about alcohol bad words I don't like him IAM little bit fat that's why they tell your girl leaves you daily tablets and alcohol these is my total life story please give me a good suggestion

I think you should take professional help. Talk to Psychiatrist /Psychotherapist. First depression need to be ruled out. Second you need to learn healthy coping mechanisms.
