Hand dexterity, weakness & numbness
My left hand suddenly went numb & “fell asleep” 6 days ago. I’ve been taking ibuprofen, stretching & lightly exercising & I’m getting positive results. But the hand is still mostly unusable. I can’t open my fingers all the way & when my palm is facing the floor my wrist can’t lift my hand at all. I’m an unemployed electrician & a guitar player... I can’t remember being this is scared.

This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold.
