Hand leg cramps and pain post menetrual
Hi
Am a mother of 5.5 month baby. Breastfeeding along with formula . My menetrual cycle started post 4 months of delivery. And every month am getting periods but post 7 days of period am having severe hand legs cramps and pain where it has become difficult to sit and stand and some times cant hold my baby aswell .
This has started during my first period in 4th month. So my gynecologist prescribed "TABLET VOVERAN SR 75 MG". to take only during pain days. She said its due to harmones.
But no such improvement in reducing pain. And this month post period having pain from past 15 days.
Hence pls suggest some alternatives.
