Hand pain and parasthesia
My mother right hand is full of pain. Whenever she wakes in morning she isn't able move her right hand and feels parasthesia. Kindly suggest some medicines and home remedies during corona time.

You have posted twice.
However, in this you have not mentioned anything about her shoulder. Reading this alone completely reverses the impression. This looks like a localised nerve compression at wrist from here. I think you realise the importance of a good history here.

How did this start?
Pain in neck too?
Pain is present all the time or comes n goes?
Since when she is not able to move her hands?
Numbness is there o in n off or throughout the day?
Any difficulty in walking?
Next Steps
She need imaging of neck especially if has weakness in hand with numbness.
Keep hand elevated on pillow.
Avoid neck jerk n lifting weights.
No pillow
