Hey there! Please get yourself assessed by a physiotherapist for neck muscle stiffness and mid-back muscle stiffness. Mostly the chances of muscle stiffness is at the mid back because of which your pain is radiating to arm.
Next Steps
Please visit a physiotherapist and check for muscle stiffness. If there are trigger points of pain, get the muscle released so your nerve symptoms( radiation of pain to the hand will be less)
Health Tips
Do not lift heavy weight. Drink minimal 3.5litres of water. Maintain good posture.
