  4. Hand shaking. Treatment needed for this?

Hand shaking
As I am sales professional so whenever I am going in meeting clients are offering tea or coffee while holding a cup of tea by one hand my hand are shaking so I hold it by two hand sometime it is very embarrasing for me. Please suggest me , is there any medical treatment needed for this??

These are tremors and could be due to anxiety. There are good medications for these. Consult a Neuro Specialist.
