I met with bike accident in which my hand got Fractured. I was operated for lower distal radius surgery. Physiotherapy is suggested by surgeon. So how many sessions of Physiotherapy is required? So that finger movements & Hand strength is regained as other hand?

Ideally it takes 3 months (alternate days /2 days a week) of therapy to get back to normal function as fracture union generally takes 3 months. It will be a graded program concentrating on increase in range and strength.
However this depends on the severity of the fracture, what type of fixation (plate/screw/rod), any vascular or neural complications etc.
