My right hand is little swollen feel like itching and have little pain in it near the thumb, it been one day some time the swelling get reduce and after sometime it again comes up.

Hello, it is difficult to comment by just looking at the photo as it's unclear. You might have had some insect bite which gave rise to the swelling and itching. Please visit a dermatologist for correct diagnosis & treatment. Hope this helps. Warm regards, Dr Pinanky Jadhav, Eternis clinic, Pune
