Hard lump..
I have a small hard lump on roof of mouth for 6month now not increasing in size, went four oral specialist, cbct scan done, i am attaching the report doctor say report are normal but i am freaking out why

Sir no need to worry as per your reports it says that your wisdom teeth are erupting so your having that lumps and since your age is 19 wisdom teeth eruption is the most likely cause so don't worry

Do you reveal any history of trauma. Or any other change of habit may b new toothpaste or any addictions if no, need not to worry, else may require biopsy of the lesion.

There is no need to worry I think it is mucocele these bumps on the roof of your mouth.it is marked by a lump that looks like a cyst which is harmless.these lumps on the hard palate can be result of the blockage of the salivary gland

the other causes is  torus platinum this growth is not a serious issue.it is quite normal and doesn't any harm.this growth has 2cm in diameter
