I have been having this hard lump for 7 months after having injections... Its very hard and painful when I do work.. It is not red. It can be visible only when palpated. Should I remove that lump or it is dangerous?

Why and what was the injections taken for.
May be repeated injections resulted I some fibrosis that you are feeling as lump but it should not be painful as you say for so long. Unlikely to be infection also.
