Hard spot in the feet
I have a hard spot in my feet. Some say its nail. But i dont experience any sort of pain. Infact i cannot sense its like numbness. And i have it for almost 2 yrs. So what should i do

Hey, it could be due to long standing pressure, more common if your wearing tight shoes, it will not cause any problem ,daily massage that area .
