  4. Hard to breathe /neck /back pain. To do?

Hard to breathe /neck /back pain
I've been having trouble breathing my right side of my neck hurts And my back and side which inables me to lay down it's been going on for a while now could you tell me why this is happening or what to do ?? I'm 16 by the way . It's getting worse and worse I tried heat and cold and it doesn't help so I don't know what to do

The pain in the neck could be cervical spondylosis.
Next Steps
get a x-ray of cervical spine AP and lateral and also a CxR
