Hard top of morning stool

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am 24 year male and had internal haemorrhoid banding 8 months ago.But now I am observing that the top fragment of my morning stool or poop is very hard as compared to successive poop since last one month.The poop later on comes very soft and smoothly. This top hard stool hurts mt anal canal very much and creates fissure.What can I do for this.Is it gonna permanent problem?
