Hard white skin on foreskin and red spot
A month back I noticed hard white skin on small area on the inside area of my foreskin and similar condition on small part under the penile head. Its just hard dry, hard, white skin without any kind of irritation or pain. Recently 2 days ago I noticed the development of some small 5 red spots, a bit shiny looking on the penile head. What could be the condition that I am facing. I am attaching the pics for details
