It may be due to overuse or some kind of weight lifting... ice pack 2 to 3 times a day and local application of ointment with forearm and arm stretching might help...

In my opinion u need to go for a new technique known as dry needling... this technique is very effective and have instant relief in muscular pain... a sterile needle will be used intramuscularly and it will be stimulated by doing a to and fro movement so that the contracted muscle get relaxed...after the technique is done cold fermentation is required to over come slight needle pricking pain..in this dere will be no blood loss will take place..get well soon take care
