Hello doctor... The skin of my palms have become too hard and there are white Patches developed on them I don't get sense of anything I touch, many times it cracks and bleeds which hurt me the most and it difficult to carry out my day to day activities such kind of skin also has been developed at my foot area, on consulting doctor he says that it's Psoriasis and I am taking a treatment from long, the condition has improved but only little not much difference , please suggest me a way getting out of this problem Thank you
