Hardness at the back of left testicle

In March this year I had found that my left testicle was mildly swollen and at I was also having some pain, I didn't go for any medicine rather I took rest for 15 days at it disappeared totally. As my exams were near I was on rest for nearly 1.5 months. But last I had my exams and I used to travel a lot. Now from yesterday I felt little hardness at the back of my left testicle, it is not painful, but I am a bit concerned. What should I do? Is it normal? Kindly provide solution.

So, don't worry and don't ignore the same time. Get one USG done. And definitely clinical examination has no alternative.

Get USG scan of of scrotum done to rule out any problem . U will also need a clinical examination to confirm that there is no problem
