Have hemorrhoids
I had haemorrhoids after baby birth it get cured after my kid was1 yr now from this month I have a bit constipation then again pain started no bleeding stool is normal passage feel so stiky as if stool is not clear. Using annovate cream but still feeling irritation, swelling lower side is there...

You are suffering from fissure in ano not haemorrhoids
I would suggest you to stop annovate and use ointment like anobliss
Start daily sitz bath with Luke warm water after stools
Better to add a laxative like sy duphalac
Next Steps
diet changes like high fiber diet and plenty of oral fluids is needed

See as per your discription
It seems external hemorrhoids
We have to do examination
So if possible visit a surgeon
Till than follow this
High fiber diet
Plenty of water drink at least 4-5 lit
Warm sitz bath you have to sit in a warm water for at least 20 min in a day
Syp duphalac 3 tsp in the night before sleeping
Rest you do what you doing
And pls avoid strening for that you have to change your diet
Have water more
And small meals at a time

You have fissures in ano, anovate ointment as per your condition will deteoraite condition. Use diltact ointment instead.
