  4. Have pain in the neck. At c 4, 5, 6, 7.

Have pain in the neck
I have been having pain in my neck and got xray for the same. It seems to have two problems in the xray. Narrowing in disc space is seen at C 5-6 Level and Marginal osteophytes are seen at C 4,5,6,7.

Definitely  You need Mri Cx spine  and to address the Cx disc problem accordingly. Need neck exercises  and hot fomentation.
