Have small patch in my penis
I am staying in Perumbakkam, chennai. Have small patches in my penis' fore skin and near its penis head. It looks like small eczema patch but no itching(i have eczema in my hand which would appear only in winter). If I need to visit doctor in person, please suggest doctor in and around perumbakkam, chennai

If the eczema is in the hand, and it increases in winters, it is most likely psoriaisis. The same thing g can appear on the penis. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
