Have very tiny lumps on my neck

Hello, I have very tiny lumps(size of mosquito bite but it's not) on my neck and under my cheekbones both are on right side and about 8. some are itchy too. It's nearly a week and I tried tetmosol but there is no improvement. Could you please advise to get this healed.
