Hi Dear These feelings arise when you are stressed with something, health is important but as your tests are negative so it's all in the mind. Talk to people around, engage yourself in a routine with exercise and deep breathing, go for work or study regularly, talk to family and friends, take breaks within work to release out stress. Please meet a psychiatrist for medication and a psychologist for discussing your concerns face to face and therapy.

Hi these symptoms seem to be due to increased anxiety levels. This is your body's way of coping with the anxiety which happens when some stressors bother us to a great extent. First of all since all your medical checkups are normal you need to reflect back and understand that these symptoms are coming from high anxiety levels which needs proper treatment. So consult a Clinical  psychologist and Psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation. Alongiwth working on thoughts a Psychologist will also teach you some relaxation exercise which will definitely benefit you in working upon your symptoms.

One thing I want you to understand is that it is a temporary problem and just like any other problem this will also go with treatment.
