Having ear pain
Hello . I have developed some pain in my left ear. It seems some sort of infection. For the last couple of days, I had a lot of irritation / itching inside the ear. Today I'm having pain around the outer skin of ear and a bit heaviness around the ear / lower jaw area.

This is ear infection of external auditory canal (otitis externa) , you have to start antibiotics immediately.
