Having fever since yesterday
Hello my baby is having fever since yesterday. She took last dose of paracetamol syrup at 10 PM however there is no improvement in body temperature. Her age is 5y..can paracetamol be given now or will have to wait for 6hrs is memftal spas be given now or will have to wait for 6hrs?

Hello please give child PCM 1 tsf very 6 hrs without break and if Fever increases then do cold sponging . Givmibg more PCM can lead to PCM toxicity in children
