I have gas problem from last few month ..I do not have any indiegestion problem only gas problem is their ,Sometime when gas is not passed then it creat discomfort, I have this problem from last 4-5 month ,I eat moderate food only made in home ,not outside food ,drink 1 cup of coffee in day only.I had grade 2 piles ,last month I undergo laser treat of piles so right now I don't have piles.only have gas problem

Hello,
Sometimes gas problem could be because of worms or eating too much salad or uncooked vegetables or use of heavy dal like urad , Chole , rajmah , besan also. Sometimes too much gap in the meals also could gas
Do try to avoid above things and try to have small meals at smal.

Avoid all the maida , oily , fried , spicy food.
