Having Headache
Every 3rd day getting headache.i have to take pain killer 3 times.I am getting pain in temples and behind the eyes.last year went through Tonsiles surgery...little pain in throat also...

I would advise you to visit the ENT so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as CBC, thyroid profile, BP monitoring, etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. For the throat pain I would advise you to do salt water gargling with lukewarm water thrice a day.

sounds like you might be having sinusitis and cold. do gargle with warm saline 3 times a day for throat pain. steam inhalation twice daily. make sure you dont take a head bath at night or drink anything thats cold.
