Having pain and nervousness

Hi doctor, from last me and my wife feeling pain in stomach after dinner now its still continue we feel pain in center of stomach area and burning some time feeling very low and nervousness and my wife also have headche. please suggest why this happens and what's the treatment in this lockdown
