Having pain from neck to elbow rt side
I have pain in muscles from neck to elbow of right hand when pain start hand becomes heavy and feels ng vibrations but not visible it's nearly 15 days old problem. Paining only muscles and vibration from shoulder to thumb. Please suggest what to do.

Probably you have cervical spondylosis with radiculopathy That means as your neck vertebrae are weak there is some slip disc which is pressing one of the nerves of right upper limb Better visit a neurologist, probably you may need a cervical mri and medications accordingly. For now do not lift any weights, avoid unnecessary neck bending or movements For the time being you can take some simple painkiller
