Having pain in chest and breast
Hello Dr, i am 34 years old n having pain in breast which floats all around the chest , some times at back , sometimes in center of chest and some times right n left and sometimes near ribs muscle and some times at under arms n hands . what i suppose to do? as it is not frequent n continues it occurs twice or thrice a day n then disappear . i have checked many times there is no lump felt after touching n pressing in all possible way.

Hello it could be your digestive symptom tough to tell without a physical examination. For now try avoiding spicy food drink plenty of fluids have curd or butter milk for couple of days and see if the pain subsides

It can be  due to gastric... Take pan 40mg   15 minutes before meals for 3 days
