I am having red eye if I am traveling on bike or if I am working for long hours. suggest something. Attached is the pic.

From the pic it seems to be either allergic conjunctivitis or a developing pterygium. It might also be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye. So please consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
