Having severe cold
I am suffering from severe seasonal cold. Have running nose. Sore throat. Little cough. Little headache. But no fever. Plz suggest some mild medicine for the same. This is my 4th day of cold.

Please take staem inhealatiom 2-3 times a day
Gargling with 5 ML Betadin guargal in1 glass of warm water 2-3 times a day
Tab.Pracetamol 500 mg stat and
