Having severe pain in stomach and fever
My stomach is paining for like almost a month n now m having fever, headache, my breat is paining alot n also feeling weak.

If fever has also been there for a month please visit your doctor and get investigation done. The recommended tests would be Complete hemogram, ESR, sonography of abdomen followed by CT scan if felt needed to rule out any chronic infections like TB.
