Having severe toothache and ear pain
Having severe pain in the lower jaw teeth also occasional ear pain, had taken dolo 650 for the pain please let me know your suggestions.

For immediate relief,
Disperse 2 tablets of Ketorol DT in half glass of water and drink it.
Gargle with warm salt water by keeping water in that area for few minutes.

Pain in lower jaw teeth can be due to infection at root of teeth or due to caries reaching innermost pulp chamber. Radiating to ear can be TMJ pain also.
Take:-
Tab O2 twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for 5days after meals
Tab Rablet D once daily for 5days before meals
Apply Colgate Pain out gel thrice daily for 5days
Warm saline rinses between meals
Hexidine mouthwash twice daily for 14 days.
☆☆☆If patient is alcoholic or has consumed same within 15 days DO NOT take O2 as it has life threatening reaction instead take Augmentin 625mg
☆☆☆In case of acute severe pain take Tramadol OR Voveran OR 2 tablets of Ketorol DT dispersed in water

U need to take an antibiotic dosage as their are chances of infection and pain killer will just reduce the pain for a while !
