I am having stomach ache like we get during the periods and but there is no bleeding .When I took home pregnancy test ,it turn positive . Is it normal to have cramping and if yes till how many days it will last

Yes some patient experience cramping but u should consult a obstetrician asap. Get an ultrasound done. Cramping can be due to some other cause.
