Having tension that I am exposed to hiv.

My friend used to have sex with sexworkers and I was not knowing about that but last month only I got informed by him that he used to sex with sexworkers and on these topic I got angry on him and fighted with him and on the same day only he scratched me with his nail on my arms and my arms start bleeding. And I also used to share all my juices and food items with him. I am having the tension that I am exposed to hiv due to him bcoz he used to do sex with sexworkers. Can you please tell me that by sharing drinking glasses or chewing foods or by just got bitten by hiv patient leads to the transfer of hiv virus or not please help me. I am having these tension since 1 month and unable to concentrate on any workk and my study too please help me doctor, by giving info please.
