Havingpain just above waist line on left
I have been suffering from pain on left side of my back just one palm length above waist line. Kindly suggest the remedy for the same if same can be treated at home with some ointments and pain killers. Thank you.

It can be due to overuse of back muscles or wrong posture assumption for a long time as in case of using computer system /travelling /long sitting /studies.
