Hb is low please help
I am 20 weeks and 4 days pregnant today.. I done Hb test today and its value is 9.1 while in the first trimester it was 9.7.. I am taking iron supplements daily in addition with mother Horlicks also but still it's not improving.. please help me..

Take iron supplements and iron rich diet.please take iron tablets with a glass of lemon juice or add vit c to your diet for better absorption.hope you are not taking iron and calcium together

Increase the dose of Ur iron supplements tablet. Also have more green leafy vegetables soups salads
