Hba1c reports in last 2 months
I got a 5.1 hba1c on feb 24th and then last Friday i got the result as 5.6..so i got a fast blood sugar today and it came as 100 I am not a diabetic but these numbers worry me and every annual health checkup my hba1c is 5.3  or 5.4 Any precautions to be taken? Or am i on verge of getting diabetics My parents are 65 and they are at prediabetic stage now My lifestyle is sedentary as i am It employee and every weekend i take alcohol and meat almost daily

Yes still u are not diabetic. But u have to take precautions Do regular exercise Avoid carbs from ur diet Avoid all sugar made products. Monitor ur blood sugar.
